El Sauzal Girls Softball Association (ESGSA) Announces budget to outfit 12 teams (168 players).
Lee Sachs, Baja Softball Sponsorship Director, has announced that it will cost $ 56 per player to outfit the players with gloves, bats, batting helmets, uniforms, and practice and game balls, along with bases for 2 fields. With 12 teams and 168 players expected, ESGSA is looking to raise $ 9,276 usd within the next 6 weeks so they can buy the equipment and have it in house by May 1st ready to start player clinics on June 1st. - "We are working on the game plan now to raise these funds" reports Sachs. "We expect to get local businesses involved and set up fund raisers as well to meet this challenge" says Sachs.
