#The leaders of
Baja Softball, a new organization for fastpitch softball in Baja California Mexico have announced it's ambitious and assertive
5 Year Plan for success.
They state that their mission is to build a competitive state organization for girls softball in Baja California that will build community self-esteem and add value to the welfare, culture, and community of Baja California.
"We are going to do this thing" says Coach J.P., the new president of the organization. "We are 1 hour away from the largest softball resource in the world in California USA and we will build bridges with our northern friends to help us build up our own kids here and help them be strong too! Our goal is to compete and add value to the competition and that's good for everyone". - Baja Softball is currently working to empower and support local leaders in Ensenada, El Sauzal, Rosarito, Tijuana, Tecate, and Mexicali to build up associations and recreation leagues in these communities.
They are also inviting Baja Businesses to support Baja Softball programs for the kids and making this effort a Baja State wide success story.
"In 5 years, we will have over 3000 players registered in our programs statewide, host our own state championships, host an international tournament, and send our All-Star Team to play in tournaments in California and elsewhere" says Coach J.P. "Si se Puede, Yes We Can do this and our kids will be the beneficiaries".
